About Our Founder, Jenn Paez

Jenn Paez is a well-known San Diego Raw Food Chef. A lifelong artist, she infuses each chocolate she crafts with love, ceremony & ritual. She considers each of her chocolately creations it's "own art form" that is completely unique. 

 

Jenn was often sick as a child, and was guided to significantly change her lifestyle and eating habits by her uncle and great-grandmother in 2004. Her health changed dramatically upon changing what she ate, and she wanted to learn more.  Jenn received her Living Foods Certification from the Tree of Life in 2005 and since then, has continued her education around healthy, low-glycemic gourmet raw food cuisine.

 

She is the author of Living Foods & The Chakras, and has given raw food classes internationally and in San Diego, CA since 2005.

 

Besides crafting chocolates, in her spare time, Jenn loves to be in nature as much as possible, paint, draw, collage, dance, peruse farmer's markets, play music, read and travel.  Her eclectic background & interests in the art and food world continue to influence her creative expression in her chocolates.
